Shipment process

As soon as your order has been marked for fulfillment, you will be notified of which authorized BRP dealer will be in charge of shipping your order. Contact information for your order fulfiller will appear on your order packaging and in your Kibo Account.


Shipping methods

Two delivery options are available at the "Delivery" step of the checkout process:

  • - Standard shipping
  • - In-store pick up (no charge)

 All orders are shipped using standard ground service (3-7 business days) and are provided by authorized BRP dealers.

If your country is not available as an option in the checkout process, we are not able to ship to your country. Currently, no shipments can be made to an international address.

Shipping charges

Standard ground shipping rates are calculated as follows:

Riding gear:

Tiered prices based on the total order price.

Accessories and parts:

Prices based on weight.

Kibo standard for US:  minimum shipping and handling charge of $6.99

Kibo standard for Canada: minimum shipping and handling charge of $7.99

Maintenance products:

Tiered prices based on the quantity ordered.

In-store pick up

In-store pick up is a delivery option available at no charge. Learn more about our free in-store pickup here.


Shipping to remote areas

Please note that all orders shipped to remote areas, such as the Northwest Territories, Yukon, 
Nunavut and northwest Québec regions, are subject to higher shipping costs and longer delivery times. In the very unlikely event that shipping charges are higher than originally estimated, you will be notified by email before charges are made to the credit card. 

Shipping to an APO/FPO address

When requesting orders to be shipped to an Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) address, your package will be sent via Space Available Mail (SAM). SAM will ship your package to the APO or FPO address via the next available boat at no additional charge.
